Applications pass through FormSubmit to our Google Workspace mailbox. Our website host, Vercel, and these service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and secure their services. Processing may occur outside Canada. Application details are for the host and service providers needed to handle your enquiry; they are not for sale or public display.

Retention and your choices

We retain applications and enquiries for one year after the enquiry is closed or the application decision is made, then delete them unless a longer period is required by law.

You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion, withdraw consent to further contact, or raise a privacy concern with the game host at info@tyspokergame.com. Legal retention requirements may limit deletion. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from continuing your application.
